Service Agreement

By using TrekEsteem Adventure Tours' services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include guided trekking expeditions, day hiking adventures, custom tours, and related outdoor adventure activities.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings require a deposit and signed waiver
• Full payment is due 30 days before expedition start date
• Cancellations more than 14 days in advance receive 80% refund
• Weather-related cancellations by TrekEsteem result in full refund or rebooking
• Customer-initiated cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must:

• Provide accurate health and fitness information
• Follow all guide instructions and safety protocols
• Maintain appropriate physical fitness for chosen expedition
• Bring required personal items as specified in pre-trip information
• Behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and the environment

Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Outdoor adventures involve inherent risks including but not limited to weather changes, terrain hazards, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree that TrekEsteem maintains comprehensive safety protocols but cannot eliminate all wilderness risks.

Limitation of Liability

TrekEsteem's liability is limited to the cost of the expedition. We maintain comprehensive insurance but participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel and medical insurance for additional protection.
